Requirements:

Strong desire to learn and be a team player.

Active, unencumbered license to practice in Florida

Board certification preferred

Experience with physical medicine (trigger point and joint injections and rehab) preferred

Credentialed with or eligible for credentialing with major insurance carriers.

Active DEA license

Strong communication skills

Detail oriented and able to complete patient records in our EHR in a timely manner

Bilingual is a plus!
